When is the cut off for this week's delivery?+
Order by 9pm on Wednesday for delivery Friday.
When will I receive my order?+
We deliver every Friday.
Our third party delivery team text you the day before with an ETA.
If no one's home, they will find a safe place to leave your package.
Delivery Cost:
Free for all orders over $250.
All other orders $19 flat rate.
We also offer pickup from our Alphington site on Monday 10am-5pm.

How is your food sourced?+
We use only the finest organic, locally-sourced produce.
* Natoora for regeneratively farmed local veggies.
* Cherry Tree Organics and Taradale Meats for hormone-free, organic, pasture raised, grass-fed and finished meat and poultry.
All our meat and poultry is Halal.
Is your packaging sustainable?+
YES!
Our packaging is compostable, and recyclable.
Our boxes are recyclable and lined with biodegradable waste wool liners for insulation.
We also offer a return option powered by Packshare.
Are the meals suitable for my dietary restrictions?+
Everything is made with NO gluten, dairy or refined sugar free.

How do I reheat your meals?+
Our meals are designed to heat and eat from frozen.
Our compostable containers are designed to go from the freezer to the oven or microwave for ultimate convenience.
Please remove lids before popping into the oven or microwave.
There are simple, easy to follow reheating instructions on all of our meals.
Our heating instructions are a guide only. Ovens and microwaves vary. Feel free to use your own intuition and flare when heating and serving your meals.
Once defrosted we recommend consuming within 5 days.
