Delivery Information

Order by 2pm on a dispatch day (Monday, Wednesday or Friday) and we'll pack it that day. It then arrives on your area's delivery day, so you'll find yours below.

When it arrives: Melbourne and Victoria

Melbourne Metro: your order arrives 2 business days after dispatch.

Regional Victoria: your order arrives on the next delivery day for your area:

  • Melbourne Metro: Monday, Wednesday, Friday
  • Geelong: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday
  • Peninsula: Monday to Friday
  • Gippsland: Monday, Thursday
  • Ballarat: Tuesday, Thursday
  • Bendigo: Wednesday
  • Surf Coast: Monday
  • Yarra Valley: Wednesday, Friday
  • Mansfield: Tuesday
  • Shepparton: Wednesday

When it arrives: Sydney and NSW

Order by 2pm Monday and it arrives that week:

  • Sydney Metro & Newcastle: Thursday
  • Regional NSW: Friday

We're working on adding more Sydney delivery days.

What delivery costs

Free delivery on orders over $229. Under that, it's $19 for Melbourne Metro and Sydney Metro, and $25 for Regional Victoria and NSW.

Prefer to skip the fee? Choose Pick-Up at checkout and collect free from our Alphington kitchen on Mondays, 10am to 4:30pm.

Delivered frozen, ready for your freezer

Everything is packed frozen in sustainably insulated boxes with ice packs. Pop your meals straight into the freezer when they arrive, especially in summer.

On delivery day

Our courier will text you the evening before with an estimated delivery time. Please include your mobile number at checkout so you receive it. We can't request a specific delivery time.

  • If no one is home, the driver will leave your order in a safe place: at the front door for houses, and in the lobby or near the main entry/buzzers for apartment buildings.
  • Please make sure gates are unlocked and pets are secured.
  • Delivering to a business? Let us know the business name.
  • Orders can't be redirected or rescheduled within 24 hours of the delivery date.

Delivery instructions or a gift message

In your cart, just above the Checkout button, there's a Notes field. Use it to leave instructions for the driver or add a gift message if you're sending to a loved one.
