NDIS & HCP
The Sweet Potato Kitchen is not a registered NDIS or HCP provider. But that doesn’t necessarily mean you can’t use your plan to access our nourishing, ready-made meals.
Before placing an order: please check with your NDIS or HCP Plan Manager to see if you're eligible to purchase from a non-registered provider like us.
If you're unsure, send us an email at hello@thesweetpotatokitchen.com and we’ll send you a sample receipt. That way, you (or your Plan Manager) can review it ahead of time to make sure it ticks all the boxes.
All orders must be placed through our website and paid for upfront. Once your order is complete, we’ll issue a detailed receipt which you can use to make a manual claim if your plan allows.
