Serving Sizes

Our main meals serve two - or three with sides.

If reheating for one, no worries! You can save some for leftovers. Once thawed, we recommend consuming within 3 days.

Our soups are 500ml and serve one.

Heating instructions

Our meals are designed to heat and eat from frozen.

Our compostable containers go from the freezer to the oven or microwave for ultimate convenience.

Please remove lids before popping into the oven or microwave.

There are simple, easy to follow reheating instructions on all of our meals.

Our heating instructions are a guide only. Ovens and microwaves vary. Feel free to use your own intuition and flare when heating and serving your meals.

**Pies and lasagnes are best when baked in the oven.

We deliver every week.

Our third party delivery team text you the day before with an ETA.

If no one's home, they will find a safe place to leave your package.

We use only the finest organic/ regeneratively farmed locally-sourced produce possible.

* Cherry Tree Organics and Taradale Meats for hormone-free, organic, pasture raised and grass-fed and finished meat and poultry. Also Halal.

Are the meals suitable for my dietary restrictions?

All our dishes are made intentionally with no gluten, dairy or refined sugar.

Is your packaging sustainable?

YES! Our packaging is compostable, and recyclable.

Our shipping boxes are recyclable and lined with biodegradable waste wool liners and reusable ice packs for insulation.
