Are all your ingredients organic?+
We use organic where possible. We source from:
- Natoora for regeneratively farmed, organic fruit, vegetables and free-range eggs.
- Cherry Tree Organics for organic grass fed and finished red meat.
- Taradale Meats for both free range and organic grass fed, pasture grown poultry (depending on product and availability).
- Our dry goods are not organic.
All our meat and poultry is Halal.
What if I don't love the taste?+
That's exactly why we offer a Flavour Guarantee!! Love it or your money back. Every dish is slow-cooked from organic, locally sourced produce, so it tastes like a proper home-cooked meal, not a "healthy" compromise.
How much is delivery and how long will it take?+
Delivery is $19 metro / $25 regional, and free on all orders over $199. We dispatch Monday, Wednesday and Friday, with orders shipped within 48 hours. Delivery then lands on the next scheduled day for your area (check our Delivery Info page for exact timing near you).
Pick-up is also available from Alphington VIC on Mondays, 10am–5pm.
How big are the meals? Will I actually be full?+
Our mains serve two. They're hearty, high-protein portions built to properly fill you up, not just take the edge off. Solo? Even better, you've got dinner sorted for tomorrow too.
Our soups are 500ml and serve one.
