These noddles are a hand pulled and have the most wonderful texture. An absolute delight for those who are gluten free.

Made from rice flour and tapioca starch for a soft, springy texture, while the accompanying sauce is infused with ginger, garlic, star anise and coriander seeds for a deeply aromatic, balanced flavour.

Designed to be gentle and accessible, this dish is FODMAP friendly and free from gluten, dairy, eggs and nuts.

Frozen for freshness and convenience, it pairs well with dumplings, vegetables or protein of choice.

Our main meals serve two.

If reheating for one, no worries! You can save some for leftovers. Once thawed, we recommend consuming within 3 days.

Our soups are 500ml and serve one.

Our meals are designed to heat and eat from frozen.

Our eco-friendly, plastic-free containers go from the freezer to the oven or microwave for ultimate convenience.

Please remove lids before popping into the oven or microwave.

There are simple, easy to follow reheating instructions on all of our meals.

Our heating instructions are a guide only. Ovens and microwaves vary. Feel free to use your own intuition and flare when heating and serving your meals.

**Pies and lasagnes are best when baked in the oven.

All our dishes are made intentionally with no gluten, dairy or refined sugar.

We take every precaution to ensure our meals include only the intended ingredients. However, as our kitchen is a shared space, traces of other allergens may be present.
