Our meals are designed to heat and eat from frozen.

Our eco-friendly, plastic-free containers go from the freezer to the oven or microwave for ultimate convenience.

Please remove lids before popping into the oven or microwave.

There are simple, easy to follow reheating instructions on all of our meals.

Our heating instructions are a guide only. Ovens and microwaves vary. Feel free to use your own intuition and flare when heating and serving your meals.

**Pies and lasagnes are best when baked in the oven.

We use only the finest organic/ regeneratively farmed locally-sourced produce possible.

* Cherry Tree Organics and Taradale Meats for hormone-free, organic, pasture raised and grass-fed and finished meat and poultry. Also Halal.
