All of them... oyster, shiitake, enoki and swiss brown... golden and gleaming in sesame oil and spring onions. Piled on a porcini basmati congee. A Winter hug. Serve with a boiled egg and chilli oil for extra OOMF. 💥 (Serves 1)

San Elk Vegetable Stock*, White Basmati Rice, Gluten Free Soy Sauce, Oyster mushrooms*, Swiss Brown Mushroom*, Shitake mushrooms*, Dried Porcini, Spring onion*, Sea Salt, Cracked Black Pepper.
